Welcome to EnviroMetrics, an app by NOYO Labs that shows environmental readings for a location from public data sources. By using the app you agree to these terms.
What the app is for
EnviroMetrics gathers readings like air quality, water, land, and weather for an address and shows what they mean for you. It is for general information and awareness. It is not medical, health, legal, safety, or professional advice, and you should not rely on it for any decision where an error could affect your health or safety. For those decisions, talk to a qualified professional.
Accuracy of the readings
The readings come from third parties, including the EPA, the CDC, FEMA, the FCC, the FAA, the US Census Bureau, USGS, NASA, the National Weather Service, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, OpenStreetMap, Open-Meteo, OpenCellID, the USDA Cropland Data Layer served by George Mason University, the US Forest Service tree canopy layer served on the federal GeoPlatform, and Google (pollen only). That data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and coverage varies by area. We show it as it reaches us, without any guarantee that it is current or correct. Where a reading is unavailable for your address the app says so rather than filling the gap with an estimate.
Your account
You can use the app as a guest or with an account. If you create an account, keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Premium and billing
Some features need a Premium subscription. Premium is billed through your app-store account, renews automatically until you cancel, and can be managed or canceled in your account settings. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Using the app fairly
Please do not misuse the app, scrape it, try to reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Ownership
The app, its design, and its content belong to NOYO Labs. You get a personal, limited license to use the app for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and NOYO Labs is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the app or your reliance on any reading.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app grows. If you keep using the app after an update, that means you accept the new terms.
